The ‘Souk’ is the Middle Easterm word for Marketplace, where produce from the local communities as well as those brought in by travelers from neighboring countries can be bought in and sold by anyone. The very nature of these Souks made it a wonderful meeting place for people, where they could sit back and talk, while sipping their coffee and sampling the various dishes prepared by the various merchants.

Established in 2006 in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Souk Kafe presents a slice of world culture through fusion music, food, coffee and tea – which are best experienced in the slow, old-fashioned way. Our dishes are a delightful mix of herbs and spices that enhance and turn good food into extraordinary and exciting meals. We showcase indigenous music from various regions of the world. Unique novelty items and souvenirs from various places are presented and sold to satisfy curious minds. Herbs and spices are also sold to those who want the experience to linger a bit more at their homes.
